Questions

Do I need to be techy?

Not at all. If you can attach a file to an email, you can do this. The pack comes with a one-page, picture-by-picture install guide.

ChatGPT or Claude?

Both. You get a version for each, plus a Claude Skill version for Claude plans that support Skills. It works on the free plans too.

What is a “.md file”?

Just a plain text file with instructions for your AI. You don’t need to open it. You hand it to your AI and type “Start”.

Is it safe?

Yes. The pack never asks for passwords, bank details or ID numbers, and it tells you to stop if you ever start sharing them. Everything happens inside your own AI account.

Can I run it again later?

Yes. Type “Tune up” any time and it’ll review and refresh your setup as your life (or the AI) changes.
