What we collect and why

Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use a small number of trusted services to run the business, and they only process data on our instructions:
- Lemon Squeezy: payments, tax and digital delivery. It acts as the merchant of record, so it also processes your payment details. We never see your card number.
- Kit (ConvertKit): email newsletters and course emails
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on UK-approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
- Email list: until you unsubscribe
- Purchase records: 6 years, as required for tax
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Just email [email protected]. We’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Using AI in our courses
Our Course Packs run inside your own Claude or ChatGPT account. Anything you type there is handled by that company under its own privacy policy, not ours. Our courses show you how to check and set your privacy settings with each provider.
